Maintenance was postponed to October 8 from 00:00 to 06:00 Moscow time

On October 1, 2026, from 01:00 to 07:00 Moscow time (UTC+3), our fiber provider will carry out scheduled maintenance on the backbone link between data centers.

The maintenance will affect some services on the [DE] EP plan and part of our infrastructure.

Within this window, a network outage of about 30 minutes is expected. The exact time of the outage within the window is not known in advance, and the end time is an estimate and may shift slightly.
Servers will keep running: the work only affects the network link, so your data and running processes will be preserved. During the outage, affected services will be unreachable from the network. Please keep this in mind if you have backups to external storage, updates, or other network-dependent tasks scheduled for that night.

The my.waicore.com billing panel may also be unavailable during the maintenance. Server management will remain available via the vm.waicore.com control panel.

All affected services will automatically receive compensation in the form of a service extension — no action is needed, and there is no need to open a ticket. The preliminary compensation is 1 additional day.
